Bob Warren is President and sole shareholder of PHL and is hands-on in many aspects of construction. He brings years of construction experience, starting in the early 80s, when he was involved in building and operating a commercial fish processing plant and fishery on the Stikine River in Northern BC. After moving to the Comox Valley in 1985, Bob honed his skills doing foundations, framing, siding, finishing and numerous other aspects of construction. PHL was incorporated in 1993 and has been building homes for families in the Comox Valley since then. While offering many spec homes into the marketplace, PHL has also undertaken custom homes for clients with their own plans as well as renovation work to older homes. Whether building custom or spec homes, PHL takes the same care and pride in the finished product.
