Selling a home in the Comox Valley doesn’t happen by taking shortcuts. It takes good old fashioned research and objective information that must be provided by your realtor. When dealing with my clients, I provide them with a thorough research and information package that deals directly with their immediate area and recent sales. This will give you the best opportunity to price your home to get the top price while giving you the best chance to sell your home. As well, I pride myself on communication with all of my clients while contacting them on a weekly basis to keep them abreast of what’s going on not only with their listing, but also with current market conditions.

I do not believe in working on a team but instead, working individually with each and every client to ensure that my clients don’t contact a team leader to then be passed off on a realtor they have never heard of. I feel it is my responsibility to ensure that when someone asks you “how’s the sale of your home going?” you have an answer.
