My Real Estate journey started when I was licensed in 1999. Since 2000 we have purchased and renovated our own homes, currently own rental property in Kelowna and recreational property at Big White. Owning real estate has been our BEST financial investment and a great asset to our long term retirement plan, which makes me excited to create the same positive experience for you!
Professionally, I have experience selling over 400 properties in the Central Okanagan, ranging from starter homes to luxury properties and everything in between. Having successfully completed over 400 transactions for various clients, I acquired great negotiating skills and "tricks of the trade" to benefit you. I am a firm believer in continuing education and keeping informed with local issues that affect property values in our area. Anything I don't know, I will research to find out for you!
