A graduate of Immaculata High School in Kelowna, Joe went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce degree form UBC in Urban Land and Economics. Thirty years have passed and he is at the top of his game; a seasoned veteran in a complex business where simple answers are his specialty. His pathway to the present has included co-ownership of Hoover Realty Ltd. and regional management for that group in the Thompson-Okanagan area. Professional affiliations over the years have been the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board and the B.C. and Canadian Real Estate Associations and the Real Estate Institute of B.C. Joe enjoys working with people and it shows in the relationships he has developed with his clients. The complexities of solving client’s needs are a challenge to Joe Ungaro who has a track record of acting successfully on behalf of his clients. He has consistently placed first in sales for Royal LePage Kelowna and the overall Okanagan area, seven times in the "Top Ten" Realtors in British Columbia, and five times in the National Chairman's Club recognizing the top 1% of Realtors in Canada
