Working since more than 10 years as a Realtor® in Kelowna and the Central Okanagan, Silvia works extensively to help Buyers and Sellers to meet their Real Estate goals.

She was top 3rd Real Estate Salesperson in Commercial Sales in North America in 2009 (USA and Canada) and was awarded the Pinnacle Sales Professional Award from Prudential. She also was recognized with the Chairman Circle Gold Award for being in the top 2% of Sales Professionals in the Prudential Real Estate Network in 2009.

She has extensive contacts to German and other European clients and is experienced in land assembly and land development for clients. She is a Canadian Commercial Council Member.

Silvia loves Real Estate and speaks fluid German.

Silvia moved from Germany to Kelowna in 1990 where she raised three children. She is now a proud grandmother of six. Silvia is married to Guenther von Deichmann who worked as a Realtor® in the Okanagan for 27 years. Working with him for the last 10 years built up some long lasting relationships, repeat clients and brought a lot of good friends.

In her leisure time she loves cooking, gardening and traveling. Silvia also takes time for Yoga which benefits the body, mind and spirit and counters the stress of modern living.
